1. The completed booking form must be returned with a non-returnable deposit of £75 per person which will secure your holiday reservation.

2. The remaining balance  must reach us no later than 6 weeks before the start date of your holiday. Failing this we reserve the right to reallocate your holiday place.

3. Subject to the above your money will be placed in a secure separate account and thereby safeguarded.

4. Payment can be made by UK cheque, bank draft or credit card.

5. You are strongly advised to take out your own holiday insurance covering cancellation, sickness, accident or loss of luggage. Hidden Cornwall cannot be held responsible for any injury or loss arising from participation in this holiday.

6. Once you have contacted us regarding availability we can now offer the option to pay a deposit or in full using PayPal.

Notes

1. Confirmation of booking, will be sent to you after receipt of booking form and deposit.

2. You are advised to bring a small day-sack, walking shoes or boots, water-proof clothing, a camera , binoculars and swim-wear.

3. Not included are:

All incidental expenses such as drinks. Any such extra expenses incurred at your accommodation must be settled by you with the proprietor on the last evening before departure.

4. You will follow our instructions with regard to rights of way, footpaths, cliff-tops, the sea.
